During our romantic escape, we were happy with the easy check-in process and friendly attitude of the staff. the location was convenient and provided us with easy access to nearby attractions. the room size was larger than we anticipated, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided.
the room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was in an unsanitary condition.

The location of the hotel was quite good and there were a couple of key amenities that were offered. The staff at the reception was friendly and respectful, and they made us feel welcome. the room had a decent view and a comfortable bed.
Our romantic escape was ruined by a number of factors. the room was not cleaned properly and the bathroom was not up to the mark.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The receptionist boys were very friendly and treated us with great respect. They attended to our needs promptly and courteously. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, from the lobby to our room. The hotel facilities were great, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The hotel's location near the railway station was a major plus, making it convenient for us to travel to and from the hotel. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.

Located near the railway station, Hotel Basera offers a convenient location for travellers. the receptionist provides respectful service and attend guests with kindness. the rooms are spacious and equipped with a TV, although there were some issues reported with a malfunctioning TV in one room. the bathrooms are clean and maintained regularly. the hotel provides charging points, except for one that was dangerously open. the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are dining options available nearby.
The room attendant's behavior and cleanliness were not up to the mark.
